How to Take the Thriving in Menopause Kit

Gluco Support:  It is best to space out your Gluco Support throughout the day and take it with meals. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules/day, so what I find is easiest is to take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (but you could easily divide it to take some with all 3 meals, too!).

Hormone Balance: Take it daily, during all phases of your cycle for best results! The dosage is 4 capsules per day, so I recommend taking 2 in the morning and 2 at either lunch or dinner.

Note: Do not take Hormone Balance if you are pregnant or nursing. It is safe for all ages of women to take, but it is especially beneficial for those over 35.

Progest-Restore: Apply 1 mL (or one dropper full) 1-2 times per day as needed to smoother skin areas, such as the wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, neck, abdomen, or chest.

You can increase or decrease the dosage slightly to find what is ideal for your unique needs.

How do I know if I need Progest-Restore?

I formulated this product to safely provide quick, long-lasting relief from symptoms of estrogen dominance — one of the most common hormone imbalance problems women face today. While estrogen dominance causes a multitude of symptoms in women, experiencing only a few may mean you are one of the millions of women affected.

Some of the most common symptoms include:

• Stubborn weight gain
• Hot flashes and night sweats
• Anxiousness and mood swings
• Fibrocystic or painful breasts
• Migraines and headaches
• Sleep disruptions and overall
• Lack of energy
• Heavy, painful periods and intense PMS

The reality is that virtually every woman over 35 can benefit from additional progesterone to help alleviate some of the common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Of course, talk with your doctor if you have additional underlying conditions or are taking other medications.

Should I take Progest-Restore in all stages of my cycle?

For best results, you should begin using this product two weeks after your period started, just after ovulation (otherwise known as the luteal phase) and stop using it once your period is scheduled to begin. It is not recommended to use this product during menstruation. If you are in menopause, you can take it at any time. If your cycle is irregular, you should still follow a rhythm of about 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Can I use this at the same time as oral progesterone or other bioidentical hormone replacement?

While progesterone is most effective when applied topically, I recommend consulting with a trusted healthcare provider as to whether or not you can use these products in combination with oral progesterone or any other medications you are taking.

Should I start with 1 or 2 applications of Progest-Restore per day?

I recommend starting with one application per day. If you do not experience symptom relief with one application per day after 5-7 days, I recommend increasing to 2 applications per day, paying close attention to the changes you are experiencing to determine which dosage is best for your body.

I am still experiencing hot flashes, headaches, and trouble sleeping — could it be connected to these products?

Hot flashes

It can take 60-90 days to begin to shift your hormones and decrease hot flashes. If you’ve finished a bottle, I recommend staying on the same dosage for at least another month. I would also consider taking 400mg of Magnesium each day to reduce hot flashes.

Headaches

While I do not know individual cases and cannot give medical advice as such, this may be a detox reaction. Hormone Balance contains several nutrients that help support detox. If your detox systems were previously overburdened, this could potentially release more toxins or metabolites (which is a good thing!). If this is the case, you would want to reduce the dose that you’re taking and work up gradually, while also doing extra work to support your detox pathways.

Adding Magnesium Restore or Liver Support can help speed up this detoxification process so your reset can happen faster.

Restlessness

Sometimes adaptogenic herbs can increase adrenal function which can increase energy. It’s likely that is what is going on in this case.

I would recommend shifting when you take Hormone Balance so you take all 4 capsules earlier in the day and see how your body adjusts.
