We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund period:

  • For any unopened supplement, we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.*
  • For returning any opened items, you may also return them within 30 days to earn store credit, excluding shipping costs.*

* All shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

Return process:

  1. Please email us at help@drmariza.com to obtain a return authorization number. 
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address. 
  3. When you ship your package, please remember the following:
    1. Please place your return authorization number on your shipping label. 
    2. You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost.
    3. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. 
  4. Once we receive your item, we can issue a refund or store credit for the initial cost of the supplement.
Notice: We highly recommend that you return it properly and do NOT refuse the package. Unfortunately, refused packages are likely to become lost, and we have no method of tracking them down (due to postal service policies). If you choose to refuse a package, you are acknowledging that we may not be able to recover your package or issue the refund. Thanks for your understanding!
