If your item is unopened, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund period for any supplement, once we have received your return shipment containing the unopened supplement.
If your item is already opened, you may also return it within 30 days to earn store credit.
To return a supplement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please include the return authorization number on your shipping label. You are responsible to pay for return shipping cost. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item. Once we receive your item, we can issue a refund or store credit for the initial cost of the supplement.
Please note: we highly recommend that you return it properly and do NOT refuse the package. Unfortunately, refused packages are likely to become lost, and we have no method of tracking them down (due to postal service policies). If you choose to refuse a package, you are acknowledging that we may not be able to recover your package or issue the refund. Thanks for your understanding!
