How to Take the Progesterone Booster Kit

Progest-Restore

Apply 1 mL (or one dropper full) 1-2 times per day as needed to smoother skin areas, such as the wrists, inner arms or thighs, throat, neck, abdomen, or chest.

You can increase or decrease the dosage slightly to find what is ideal for your unique needs.

Hormone Balance

Take it daily, during all phases of your cycle for best results! The dosage is 4 capsules per day, so I recommend taking 2 in the morning and 2 at either lunch or dinner.

Note: Do not take Hormone Balance if you are pregnant or nursing. It is safe for all ages of women to take, but it is especially beneficial for those over 35.

Magnesium Restore

I recommend taking 2 Magnesium Restore capsules about 30 minutes before you go to bed. This is a great way to support restful sleep and restoration every night!

Magnesium is a supplement that is safe to experiment with and get in tune with your body. Some weeks I need to increase to 3 capsules if I have been dealing with extra stress, and some weeks I’m fine with just 1-2.

Progesterone Booster Kit FAQ’s

I take a multivitamin. Do I need to take more magnesium?

Yes. The reason is that a multi has a hard time providing the full amount of certain vitamins and minerals, especially for magnesium and B vitamins. Magnesium tends to be bulky, and the ideal daily amount simply will not fit into a multivitamin. Additionally, women (especially in perimenopause and menopause) tend to burn through these nutrients faster and require higher levels of these to feel their best, and it just can’t all come through one multivitamin.

Hormone Balance also contains magnesium; do I need to take both that and Magnesium Restore?

Great question: yes! It is fine to take both supplements at once. The majority of people are deficient in magnesium, so getting more is typically a good thing, and the amount in Hormone Balance is quite small. If your body is getting too much magnesium, the symptom to watch for would be loose stools. And then you would just reduce the dosage a bit to find the best balance for your unique body.

Does Magnesium Restore cause indigestion, headaches, or other side effects?

Side effects with this type of magnesium are rare, but if you struggle with digestive motility, there is a chance that taking a full dosage to start off with could “loosen up” too much at once and cause some upset. The power magnesium has to help your body detoxify can also cause headaches in some people (but it’s a sign that it’s working!). So if you feel that your magnesium is causing any of these things in your case, cut back to a lower dose and build up to a full recommended 300-600mg. This would mean taking only one capsule per night, or even one every other night, while your body adjusts. This is not a common reaction, but if you do experience any of these symptoms, this is actually a sign that your body is in desperate need of magnesium. As you continue to take it, symptoms should go away!

Can I take the Progesterone Booster Kit when I'm also taking Bioidentical Hormones?

Generally this is not an issue, but please speak with your doctor about your specific case.

What time of my cycle should I use it?

This product can be used any time you are not menstruating. For best results, you should begin using this product two weeks after your period started, just after ovulation (otherwise known as the luteal phase) and stop using it once your period is scheduled to begin. It is not recommended to use this product during menstruation. If you are in menopause, you can take it at any time. If your cycle is irregular, you should still follow a rhythm of about 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Is this progesterone good for everyone? Should I test my levels first?

Testing for hormone imbalances is the most accurate way to determine what your body needs to rebalance. However, if you are experiencing symptoms of estrogen dominance and need quick relief, I recommend giving this topical bioidentical progesterone a try. The most common hormone imbalance I encounter is women not having enough progesterone to balance estrogen, which was my motivation for developing this life-changing product.
