How to Take the Hot Flash Relief Kit

It is best to space out your Gluco Support throughout the day and take it with meals. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules/day, so what I find is easiest is to take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (but you could easily divide it to take some with all 3 meals, too!).

Take Hormone Balance daily, during all phases of your cycle for best results! The dosage is 4 capsules per day, so I recommend taking 2 in the morning and 2 at either lunch or dinner.

Note: Do not take Hormone Balance if you are pregnant or nursing. It is safe for all ages of women to take, but it is especially beneficial for those over 35.

Can I take Hormone Balance while I’m on bioidentical hormones?

Generally this is not an issue, but please speak with your doctor about your specific case.

Does Hormone Balance contain caffeine?

Although Hormone Balance contains green tea extract, there is no caffeine in this supplement.

I’m still experiencing hot flashes. What should I do?

Hormone Balance can take 60-90 days to begin to shift your hormones and decrease hot flashes. If you’ve finished a bottle, I recommend staying on the same dosage for at least another month. I would also consider taking 400mg of Magnesium each day to reduce hot flashes.

Can I take the supplements in this kit every day?

Yes! Each of these are safe to take daily and designed for consistent use.
