How to Take the Daily Energy and Hormone Support Bundle

Hormone Balance

Take it daily, during all phases of your cycle for best results! The dosage is 4 capsules per day, so I recommend taking 2 in the morning and 2 at either lunch or dinner.

Note: Do not take Hormone Balance if you are pregnant or nursing. It is safe for all ages of women to take, but it is especially beneficial for those over 35.

Adrenal Love

It’s best to take Adrenal Love with food, so I recommend taking 1 capsule with each breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Why do I feel like I’m getting more tired?

Side effects are rare, but this product does work to help calm down your nervous system. So, occasionally, we will have an individual who was (unhealthfully) getting almost ALL their energy from the nervous energy of the nervous system, and they felt more tired at first.

If that happens, just ease into it slowly over a week or so, and remember that it is helping your body heal and find a balance with your adrenals. Again, this is very rare. If you feel more tired after taking Adrenal Love you can try:

• Getting outside and taking a walk at least once per day Making sure you’re getting adequate sleep
• Taking Magnesium & B-Complex vitamins for better all-day energy

Why does the Adrenal Love label say to ask your doctor if you have diabetes?

The label mentions a caution for those with diabetes (type 1 or 2) due to the American ginseng included in the formula. In certain people, American ginseng has the potential to cause glycemic imbalances. However, this is by no means the case for everyone.

This warning is placed there as a caution, so you will know to inform your doctor, who can help you discover whether you are in the minority who may experience this.

Is it ok to take the Daily Energy and Hormone Support Bundle along with a B-complex vitamin since it contains B vitamins?

Yes, it’s normally fine to take these supplements and a B-complex vitamin. In fact, for women who struggle with energy on a daily basis I recommend taking Hormone Balance, Adrenal Love, AND Activated B Complete!

Can I take Hormone Balance when I'm also taking Bioidentical Hormones?

Generally this is not an issue, but please speak with your doctor about your specific case.
